Mercy House offers a wide range of services to those in need, including:
  • Food, utility & rental assistance, and spiritual companionship through St. Vincent de Paul (SVdP). Volunteers bring Christ’s love to families facing financial and personal hardships.
  • Support for mothers and babies via the PREPARES Program, offering diapers, wipes, formula, clothing, and parenting guidance and companionship for 5 years. PREPARES also has a Play with Love program that creates safe, joyful spaces for children and parents to connect, learn, and grow together. Through guided play sessions and family activities, the program strengthens bonds, nurtures early childhood development, and reminds families that they are not alone.
  • Navigation and intake services through the YWCA, connecting individuals to additional community resources, and coordinated entry for shelter and housing. Families receive access to emergency housing, domestic violence support, employment resources, and more.
  • Plus, healthcare access efforts coordinated by Mercy House leadership.
