Lifeline Program: https://www.fcc.gov/lifeline-consumers  This program provides eligible low-income consumers with discounts on phone and internet services—up to $9.25 per month, or $34.25 for those living on Tribal lands. Eligibility is based on household income (at or below 135% of the federal poverty guidelines) or participation in programs like SNAP, Medicaid, or SSI. 

Hospitals and doctor offices sometimes can provide ways for their patients to get Cell Services if needed for their care. (Barb Whalen)
