Northwest Neighbors Network

Posted 3/4/2023

Who they Are
Northwest Neighbors Network (NNN) is a virtual village that helps seniors who reside in north King County and south Snohomish County to remain in their homes as long as they wish and to remain socially active and connected to their neighbors. We serve and connect seniors in the communities of Shoreline, Lake Forest Park, Edmonds, Brier, Woodway, Lynnwood, and Mountlake Terrace. NNN was launched in early 2019 as an all-volunteer nonprofit. Volunteers are ages 18 and up.

What They Do
NNN provides services such as simple handyman services, transportation to medical appointments and other places, gardening, running errands, and even help changing a light bulb. In addition, NNN provides a large number of opportunities for social engagement, such as in-person gatherings following safety protocols, outdoor walks, groups that read books and discuss movies together, and phone and online connections.
